MVSS believes education is the surest path to a brighter future — encapsulated in our tagline "शिक्षा से प्रकाश की ओर." We have celebrated Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti annually for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024), distributing dictionaries to children at each celebration as a symbol of our commitment to learning.

Community bhandaras (free meals) are among MVSS's most visible expressions of seva (selfless service). We organize large community bhandaras on significant religious occasions — ensuring that every member of our community, regardless of background, shares in the joy of celebration through food and fellowship.

Winter in Delhi can be harsh for the underprivileged. MVSS reaches out to needy individuals with blankets and warm supplies during the winter months, embodying the belief that no person in our society should suffer from cold. Our goal is to reach every person in need.

MVSS extends its compassion beyond humans to all living beings. Our ongoing animal welfare program ensures stray cattle and other animals in our community are fed and cared for regularly. We believe in a hunger-free life for every creature — #पशुसेवा #भूखमुक्तजीवन.

MVSS brings communities together — organizing programs that recognize civic contributions, celebrate shared heritage, and build bonds across neighborhoods. From Labour Day recognition of women to collaborative community gatherings, we work to strengthen the fabric of Delhi's communities.

Rooted in devotion to Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki, MVSS celebrates and preserves Hindu religious and cultural traditions. From organizing community bhandaras on sacred occasions to conducting Pran Pratishtha Pujan ceremonies, we honor the spiritual heritage of our community.

MVSS supports inter-community mass marriage initiatives, making the sacred institution of marriage accessible to families who may otherwise struggle with the costs and arrangements. We have supported two documented mass marriage events — one for 51 couples (with Sarv Dharma Seva Samiti) and one for 11 couples under the "Valmiki Swaraj" initiative.

Children are the future — a principle at the heart of every MVSS initiative. Through annual dictionary distributions, educational encouragement, and programs that center children as the beneficiaries of community service, MVSS invests in the next generation's potential.

MVSS recognizes and celebrates the contributions of women to society. At our Labour Day program, women were honored with awards and recognized for their essential role in community and family life — a reflection of our belief that true community service uplifts every member of society.

MVSS commemorates India's freedom fighters and social reformers, keeping alive the memories and messages of those who shaped a better India. By holding tributes at Shaheedi Park and celebrating Ambedkar Jayanti, we remind our community of the values of sacrifice, justice, and equality.

MVSS aspires to expand into community health initiatives — including health awareness camps, preventive health programs, and support for families with health needs. This area represents an important future direction for the organization.
